As we celebrate the 40th Anniversary of Unity of Charlottesville, we invite you to join us on a journey to the heart. We hope that our “40 Days of Kindness” project (April 8-May 18) will guide you to embrace a kindness practice of your own and that the seeds that we plant here will bloom in our personal lives and grow beyond to our community and our world. We know that, as you bless others with simple acts of kindness, you will be blessed as well.
We’ll give you ideas to spark your imagination and we hope that you’ll share your experiences; as together, we increase our kindness quotients and seek to raise the kindness consciousness of our world. Stay tuned.
Let kindness begin with us…
