Using Your Intuition
To Transform Your Life

Unity Church in Charlottesville and ARE present
Mary Elizabeth Lynch, MA, JD
There are many elements that come together to support our healing and transformation. One of the key elements is intuition. Intuition is a faculty of the soul and a gift, which is available to each one of us. It comes to us in many ways; through the physical body as bodily sensations; through the emotional body as feelings; through the mental body as visions, voices, smells, and knowings. It is a knowing without knowing how we know, or a knowing that is non-linear and heart centered.
In this one-day program, you will learn skills that will help you to:
• Listen deeply to and trust your intuition
• Understand how your intuition speaks to you
• Use your intuition to help you identify and set your Ideals
• Experience how your intuition can guide you to inner healing and transformation (e.g., learning how to transform fear into love; doubt into confidence, anger to compassion, etc.)
Experiential exercises:
• Inquiry to start to identify both areas in you life that are ready to be healed and the inner strengths and gifts that can aid that healing
• Setting your Ideals and grounding them through the experience of constellation work and visualization exercises
• Inspirational writing to learn to “listen” more deeply to your inner guidance
• Seeing your life from a “new perspective” of inter-connectedness, love and compassion for yourself and others
• Healing those patterns that stand in the way of using your gifts and creativity
Mary Elizabeth Lynch, M.A., J.D., a life member of the A.R.E. and the president of the Personal Transformation and Courage Institute where she serves as one of its principal course leaders. A graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law, Mary Elizabeth practiced law and mediated legal disputes for many years. She now uses those skills and her intuition and insight to help others clarify their highest intentions and Ideals. This opens the way for people to see themselves and their life situations in new and expanded ways. Mary Elizabeth then gently guides people in moving through physical, emotional and mental patterns that stand in the way of fully expressing their gifts and talents in the world.

What if “No one and no thing is against you?”
In this 8-week class, we explore with compassion what it takes to live a life of purpose and direction.
Based on the work of Unity minister, Gary Simmons.
- Discover how conflict brings us to the edge of our resourcefulness, and shows us the “missing pieces” in our relationships.
- Through instruction and exercises, learn to experience our wholeness and true worth.
- Learn how to be in deeper relationship with ourselves, our God, and others.
This is one of the prerequisites for becoming
a new member of Unity Church in Charlottesville
Please sign up in the lobby. Love offering.
