July Food Drive

Support The July Food DriveJuly is a FOOD DRIVE month at UCIC. The food we collect will be donated to the Blue Ridge Area Food Bank. Bring your donations to the boxes near the front doors of the church anytime this month. Lynn Foster is coordinating this effort.

The Most Wanted Foods Are:
PEANUT BUTTER

Chile with beans; Rice; Canned tuna; Boxed mac & cheese; Grape or strawberry jelly; Dried beans; Canned corn, green beans or peas; Pork & beans; Chicken noodle soup; Cream of mushroom soup

Playground Fund Drive

A fund drive is under way for a new children's playground at UCIC. The following items are being collected:

  • Cell PhoneCell Phones
  • Laptops
  • Digital Cameras
  • MP3's
  • DVD's
  • Ink Jet Cartridges

Drop these items off at the Youth Education Table. They will be recycled, with all the funds received used for new playground equipment.  For more information, contact Laura Roell.
